KMS Students Visit 3rd Grade for Energy Presentation

Mrs. Amy Long, teacher at Kenton Middle School, and her 7th grade science students went to Bowling Green State University for the Ohio Energy Project sponsored by AEP.  They were trained how to teach what they learned to younger students.

On March 16th, seven of these students came to Kenton Elementary School to work in small groups with Mrs. Mikesell’s third grade class, who just finished an energy unit.  They did hands-on activities with sound energy, circuits, potential and kinetic energy, light energy, and more!
