Update on KES Wildcat Store

Due to the overwhelming demand of product and the financial burden that places on PTO funds, there will be NO shopping in the KES Wildcat Store in March.

The LAST Wildcat Store for this school year will be held on April 24, 2015.

The teachers will still be working to come up with an affordable solution for the next school year.  Your input would be appreciated, so please attend the next PTO meetings on March 18th, April 15th, and May 20th at 3:45 PM in the KES  Library with your suggestions.

Sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding!

Matthew’s Mission

Orange Picture

Orange 2

Thank you to everyone who wore orange last week to show support for World Kidney Day!

This week, we will be selling silicone orange bracelets that have “Matthew’s Mission” in white letters on them for $1.  These can be purchased at lunch time for students to wear during the month of March in support of National Kidney Month.

The money collected for the silicone bracelets will be donated to Matthew’s Mission in support of local children with chronic medical conditions.

KES Online Book Fair

Book Fair

Thank you to everyone who supported the Kenton Elementary School Scholastic Book Fair last week.

Reading for pleasure inside and outside of school has real and long-lasting benefits.  It unlocks the power of information and imagination and helps children discover who they are.

If you were unable to come to the Book Fair last week, please visit our online Book Fair at:  Our online Book Fair will be available March 16th and March 17th.

Remember, all purchases benefit our school!  Thank you for your support!
